Amentum is seeking multiple talented and experienced Systems Analysts to support the Program Executive Office, Submarines (PEO Submarines). The Systems Analyst formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects.  Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.  Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications is designed. 

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.  

• Ability to work independently.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365.

• Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology.

Systems Analyst I additional required qualifications (three positions):

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or another technical field.

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• Experience in systems analysis, program design, and software architecture.

• Skilled in developing performance metrics (MOPs, MOEs), providing lifecycle support, and executing system modernization.

• Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, ATO), prototype development, and systems testing.

• Knowledge of engineering disciplines (SWAP, modeling, simulation) and emerging technologies for potential benefit to warfighting readiness.

• Experience evaluating and integrating new technologies into operational frameworks.

Systems Analyst II additional required qualifications (one position):

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or another technical field. (Master’s degree preferred).

• Requires 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• Experienced with using risk analysis tools and conducting system performance evaluations.

• Familiar with system integration risks and able to provide mitigation recommendations.

• Skilled in performing analysis of systems and systems of systems in support of risk reviews.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

Systems Analyst I: $124,000 - $154,000
