Amentum is seeking a Talent Acquisition Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages recruitment and workforce planning to support Task Order (TO) execution, aligning hiring efforts with contract staffing requirements.
  • Supports the development and implementation of hiring strategies, onboarding procedures, and security clearance processing to maintain personnel readiness.
  • Works closely with project managers to assess staffing needs, adjusting talent pipelines and role assignments to meet evolving operational demands.
  • Assists in contract transition activities, facilitating personnel integration under Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans.
  • Coordinates recruitment efforts across multiple projects, identifying qualified candidates and managing hiring workflows in accordance with contractual requirements and Government regulations.
  • Maintains personnel status reports, tracking staffing changes, clearance processing, and workforce risks.
  • Engages with Government stakeholders to provide workforce planning insights and address talent shortages.
  • Works with procurement and financial teams to align personnel expenditures with funding allocations. Supports risk management and quality control initiatives by identifying and mitigating workforce challenges that impact TO execution.

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
  • 4-9 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
