Job Summary
The Tax Preparer will assist in maintaining tax records and prepare tax returns, related schedules, and
related reports. The incumbent will also assist in ensuring the corporation’s compliance with all
international federal, state, and local tax laws.
Principal Accountabilities
• Demonstrate experience of handling US Corporate tax and proactively increases tax knowledge
through assignments and current tax developments
• Prepare and analyze tax records and reports where applicable
• Assist in Preparation of US local, state, and federal corporate tax returns
• Responsible for monthly updates of tax schedules and various reports.
• Assist with monthly account reconciliations and roll forwards. Review actual invoices as needed
to determine applicable taxes.
• Generate monthly journal entries.
• Research tax theory and positions, and apply them to specific needs
• Assist Senior team members on special assignments, as requested
• Assist with monitoring and facilitating the renewal of the Company’s domestic business licenses /
registrations.
• Assist with general departmental administrative matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

informed in a timely manner

Title of Supervisor: Tax Accounting Manager
Experience & Education
• B.Com/M.Com-Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an intern/ apprenticeship in US Corporate Tax.
• Any certification on the CA articleship is an added advantage.
• Basic Knowledge on Tax
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
• Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
• Ability to work in US time-zones.
Travel
• Travel may be required on need basis.
