Amentum is seeking four talented and experienced Technical Analyst/Writer I to support the Program Executive Office, Submarines (PEO Submarines).
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Analyst/Writer I assists in collecting and organizing information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
Requires a HS diploma.
At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Possesses strong communication, technical writing/editing, and organization skills.
Experience compiling inputs for risk reports.
Ability to work independently.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365.
Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS preferred
Experience supporting DOD/Navy programs.
HIRING SALARY RANGE:
Technical Analyst/Writer I: $82,000 - $110,000
(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
