Amentum is looking for a temporary Program Manager that oversees all aspects of Program Operations including but not limited to business development, program quality, logistics, training, analysis and metrics, and financial performance; acts as the principal point of contact for the client; ensures personnel and resources meet task requirements; develops new business opportunities; monitors costs and budgets; develops procedures to increase performance and improve cost effectiveness of program; may manage multiple task orders in various geographic locations for a time period of 60 to 90 days.

8+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree. Usually has 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and/or delegating the work of others.

Job Description:

Amentum is a leading provider of enduring support for the essential missions of the U.S. Government, its allied partners and international organizations. We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Security Manager to oversee one of our contracts in Nebraska. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact regarding security on the project or construction site and is responsible for implementing all aspects of the Construction Security Plan (CSP)
  • Receive and implement orders or special instructions from the COR, or the Accrediting Official (AO) concerning matters which affect the security operations of the site
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Special Instructions governing the construction surveillance function
  • Ensure the security integrity of the construction site
  • Develop and implements the CSP in coordination with the COR
  • Conduct daily and periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with the CSP
  • Work with the construction contractor to ensure safety and security of the construction site
  • Notify the COR if any construction requirements cannot be met along with viable proposed courses of action to rectify the situation
  • Ensure that processes are in place and responsible that all persons, packages, boxes, crates, vehicles, or other means of introducing material onto the secure areas are inspected for questionable or prohibited items
  • Manage the team of Entry Control Monitors, Observers, Lead Observers, and Construction Surveillance Technicians.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen possessing a US Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction security surveillance; Technical Surveillance Countermeasures; Industrial or Government security involving counterintelligence; Construction quality assurance, or hands on supervisory construction experience.
  • Must have successfully completed an Intelligence Community (IC) sponsored Construction Surveillance Technician Course.
  • Must have the ability to complete an Intelligence Community (IC) sponsored Site Security Manager Course.
  • Must have a minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience on DOD or other Federal Government security programs.
