The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The program is a major player in the modernization of data platforms and programs of records.
Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to customers by identifying mission needs or gaps (in the areas of intelligence dissemination, architecture, access, technical, and information sharing) and immediately providing solutions or requirements.
• The contractor shall maintain and update a web enabled knowledge center (provided through government hosted platform). The knowledge center will be replicated and maintained on multiple mission networks as appropriate.
• Track and review all external and internal requirements and produce a weekly status report for the government.
• Develop and enhance applications using the Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power Pages in SharePoint Online (SPO).
• Automate business processes by creating workflows using Power Automate and other tools within SharePoint Online.
• Participate in meetings or working groups in support of assigned Named Operation.
• Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
• Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
• Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Utilize JIRA to record and report bugs to Quality Assurance, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide project status reports to the Government at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained and current for each application. Types of documentation include SOPs, “How To” guides, Operations, and System documentation.
• Provide end-user training and support for staff, end users, and managers of applications in person or remote where applicable.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification procedures/decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross domain operations.
• Experience developing SharePoint applications.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline OR Associates degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline

Preferred: Experience developing SharePoint applications using Power Apps, Power Pages, and/or Power Automate in SharePoint Online
