Training/Quality Coordinator

Coordinate’s all internal and external training programs, assists quality with review and data gathering and assists with assessment of training needs for all departments.

Job Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Implements customer requirements and assists in the development of appropriate training processes and protocols for the contract.
  • Ensures accuracy and completion of individual and asmnsociated team assignments and tasks.
  • Coordinates scheduling of training sessions for all personnel on contract, monitors completion, and updates training records.
  • Develops and reviews all assigned personnel training reports, verifying content and compliance.
  • Serves as point-of-contact for multiple sites on program/contract training activities. 
  • Facilitates communication regarding training requirements and updates across departments.
  • Monitors the training requirements of personnel during mobilization and transition in fulfillment of contract requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with federal and local government training reporting requirements.
  • Compiles, verifies, and submits training records and documents to proper level of management.
  • Works with multi-functional team to identify training deficiencies and recommend various approaches for resolution of outstanding training issues.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and other practices set forth by senior management.

Required Skills/Special Training/Certification:

  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of NASA TRS, Satern systems.
  • Knowledge of procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules as they pertain to training employees.
  • Additional knowledge/skills may be required by contract or assignment.

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with an Associates degree or 0-2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree
