Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills to handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Update and maintain contact lists and databases
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and take detailed meeting minutes
  • Support team members and departments as needed with project-based tasks


The base salary range for this position is $41,300 to $70,200. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, for “remote” positions, salary to be offered is geographic dependent. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with office management systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management tools
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles
