Amentum is seeking a Junior Program Analyst at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA. Come work with us and be part of the procurement processes, material requests, orders, and vendor communications with our customer.
Junior Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:
Compiling and submitting activity reports, data-calls, and administrative functions.
Processing procurement by entering necessary data into inventory control systems.
Updating status records of documents and procurement action items.
Maintaining manual locator systems in order to conduct inventories, maintain records of issued goods, and monitor shelf life items.
Working closely with Program Management to develop reports and briefings for program Sponsors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three (3) years of work-related experience demonstrating a technical understanding and ability to prepare complex and detailed technical documents and reports; OR, one (1) years of specialized experience as a Financial Analyst; Government, Military, or industry (Government/Military preferred).
One (1) year experience with business software; SAP applications are preferred.
Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.).
Navy ERP and IBPES experience a plus.
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
