Purpose: The Logistic Integration Manager (LIM) is responsible for operational planning and synchronization of the Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation operations to support routine and non-routine mission requirements for Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS-5). The LIM supervises the seamless integration of different logistics systems and processes within a company, ensuring smooth data flow between different departments such as Supply (accountability, warehousing), Maintenance, Transportation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the LOC Manager, provides analysis based logistical standardization to contractual requirements.

  • Leads the LOC APS-OPS Cell staffed with employees capable of providing logistical expertise analyze, facilitate data exchanges, synchronization of the workload, and requirements for external coordination.

  • Extensive ability to cohesively interact with our USG counterparts for briefings and mission related requirements daily.

  • Ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – both internally and with partners, both in-person and virtually.

  • Identify and assist in implementing process improvements to streamline logistics operations by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating changes across different departments. 

  • Required to conduct direct counseling and appraisals of personnel periodically to ensure required qualifications are retained.

  • Coordinates planning and executing multiple operations simultaneously with the Plans/Future Operations Team using the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).

  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, in own work and of any supervising team Analyze performance trends and reports for accuracy to include but not limited to Taskers, MHU, CDRLs, RFIs from the Government, and mission related data IAW PWS requirements.

  • Work well under pressure, thrive in fast-paces environment, and stay flexible through growth and change

  • Partner in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements and issue plans IAW contract requirements.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent highly preferred.  Eight (8) years of additional related/validated experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of related civilian or military Logistics/Operations experience required; 16+ years’ experience required if candidate does not possess a bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years documented supervisory experience required.

  • Former U.S. Army Senior Logistics and Operations NCO/Officer (E-7 to O-4) highly preferred.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface at Program/Project -level with ease.

  • Must be acquainted with AR 220-1, equipment readiness reporting and have the capability to run USR reports and coordinate/facilitate changes with extreme focus on Pacing items.

  • Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.

  • Have proven experience in managing DoD logistics systems and operations from planning to implementation. 

  • Possess ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to optimize logistics operations. 

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

  • Possess the capability to use GCSS-Army, and other relevant DoD Logistics Information Systems

  • High energy, enthusiasm and positivity.

Certification, License & Clearance:

  • Project Management Professional certification preferred.

  • GCSS-Army certification required.

  • Secret Clearance required.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Active Clearance is required: Must have an active Tier 3 Secret U.S. Government clearance. 

Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Tier 3 Secret clearance. 

Work Environment, Physical Demands & Mental Demands:

  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.

  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.

  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
