The Maintenance and System Support (MA) Data Technician will provide support to the Maintenance Directorate. This position is part of an integrated team of engineers and technicians providing for facility and equipment maintenance and reliability.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Responsibilities: - Preparing and editing technical documents.
- Preparing and editing technical presentations.
- Provide statistical data for review and trending
- Responsible to integrate and analyze data and information from multiple sources
- Receives, processes, analyzes, and reports data with accuracy. Ensures data is complete and tracks data deficiencies to verify the completeness and accuracy of the data before release.
- Routinely interfaces with customers, managers, and technical representatives in compiling information and data related to the maintenance program
- Development and presentation of metrics in support of the maintenance program
- Maintain task and project status reports
- Experience with MAXIMO or similar asset tracking system
- Administrative duties including
o Scheduling meetings and keeping meeting minutes
o Editing and maintaining general records
o Creating and managing files
o Process training and travel request for team members
U.S. Citizenship is required. AS degree in the appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred, plus four (4) years of appropriate and progressive experience; additional relevant education may be substituted for progressive experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, and Power Point), office equipment

- Ability to learn and work independently
Essential Functions: Work Environment: Office environment (95%) Test/Industrial Environment - May be exposed to areas of high noise levels, hazardous propellants, chemicals, and industrial facility environments (5%).
Travel between facilities and test operations may bring exposure to loud noise and potentially hazardous equipment operation (<5%)
Equipment and Machine: Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, copier, etc.) (80%)
Software: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, MAXIMO (100%)
Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (20%)
Physical Requirements: Potential exposure to high noise levels, hazardous chemicals, propellants, and the like. (5%) Appropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions. (100%) Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and sit for extended periods as well as climb, crawl, and lift up to 35 lbs. (25%)
Attendance: Regular attendance mandatory (100%)
Overtime/work outside normal schedule required (<20%)
Other Essential Functions: U.S. Citizenship required. A valid driver’s license is required. Selected candidate will be required to obtain Real ID.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
