Role Title: Contract Support Manager
Role Description: We are seeking proactive and detail oriented Defence Contract Support Managers to assist in the management of critical supply chain contracts within the Defence Maritime domain. This role will provide essential support to the Contract Manager, ensuring smooth administration, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across complex procurement arrangements.
As the Contract Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting contract governance and administration activities. You will work closely with the Contract Manager to maintain performance standards, manage documentation and coordinate communications with suppliers and Commonwealth stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with contract administration, including document preparation, compliance checks and record management.
- Support performance monitoring by reviewing metrics and compiling reports.
- Coordinate and track Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) for price adjustments and obsolescence management.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure audit-ready records and adherence to Defence procurement frameworks.
- Provide administrative support for risk analysis and governance activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma of Procurement and Contracting Qualified (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience Defence Procurement Policy
- Experience with SAP ERP Contract Management
- Experience in Defence contract administration or procurement support
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Experience in contract administration or procurement support
