        Role Title: Supply Chain Data Entry Lead (ERP)

        Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Defence Supply Chain Data Entry Lead (ERP) to support our client in delivering critical supply chain and procurement outcomes within the Defence Maritime domain. This role is essential for ensuring accurate cataloguing, codification and inventory management within ERP systems, supporting operational readiness and compliance.

        As the Supply Chain Data Entry Lead, you will coordinate and manage cataloguing and codification activities for goods under contract. You will engage with suppliers and Commonwealth stakeholders to validate specifications, manage obsolescence and ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems.

        Key Responsibilities:
         - Lead and coordinate:
             - Supplier and Commonwealth stakeholder engagement regarding stock brought on charge and continued use of goods
             - Supplier engagement to ensure correct material is supplied/delivered against IOQs and specifications
             - Planning and coordination of data entry (cataloguing) of goods into ERP systems
             - Management of codification and obsolescence processes
         - Administer cataloguing requests for items of supply
         - Create ERP orders to allow delivery and receipting into inventory
         - Cataloguing of goods listed under contract in ERP
         - Administer codification including obsolescence review and analysis:
             - Engage suppliers to source and validate supporting data
             - Liaise with relevant Defence stakeholders
             - Create and maintain NSN & NCAGE codes

        Essential Requirements:
         - Defence logistics system experience
         - Experience with SAP ERP Warehousing, Inventory, Materiel Data Functions & Purchasing Officer roles (SAP/S4 HANA).
         - Demonstrated Defence supply chain experience
         - Experience in managing multiple cataloguing and codification activities simultaneously

        Required Security Clearance Level: Baseline

        Location: Sydney

        Weekly Hours: 40
