The Role

We’re seeking a Digital PMO Analyst to support the delivery of high-impact, innovative digital solutions across Energy, Defence & Infrastructure. This is a new role in a Digital Programme Management Office (DPMO) powering some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure initiatives.

You’ll work directly with the Programme Manager & supported by the Head of DMO to instill rigor, control, and momentum across a complex and evolving delivery landscape. You’ll lead on defining new processes, establishing governance mechanisms, and managing key delivery artefacts - enabling confident, data-driven decision making.

This is a role for someone who can bring calm, structured problem solving to complex issues and isn’t afraid to challenge existing ways of working. Those who are data-driven and analytical are encouraged to apply.

  • 5+ years of experience in a P3M, PMO or Project Controls role within complex digital programmes.
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, dashboards, and tracking.
  • Understanding of control disciplines - risk analysis, planning logic, forecast vs. actuals, etc.
  • Confident in developing, supporting and implementing P3M & Technical governance processes.
  • Experience with RAIDO management and stakeholder reporting.
  • Ability to manage commercial cycles including ITT responses and senior-level review packs
  • High attention to detail and able to operate autonomously in a distributed, digital-first team.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator who influences without authority.
  • Must Have - APM, Axelos or equivalent qualifications up to Practitioner level (P3O, PMQ, Prince2).
  • Must Have - Strong Excel skills (Power Pivot, Lookups, VBA).


Any offer of employment will be strictly subject to the relevant security requirements for the role being met. This means that you will need to have, or be able to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. The security clearance process may require non-British nationals or dual nationals (i.e. those with British and another nationality) to be subject to additional evaluation, depending on nationalities held and the nature of the work to be carried out
