Amentum is seeking a Portal Support Specialist (A-Sight) Journeyman to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and user account management for the A-Sight Management Portal.
  • Resolves user issues related to access, system functionality, and workflow processes while ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
  • Manages user accounts, permissions, and authentication processes, maintaining system security and compliance with ARNG G2 operational requirements.
  • Delivers user training and guidance to enhance portal proficiency and adoption across stakeholders.
  • Develops training materials, conducts instructional sessions, and provides ongoing support to assist users in navigating portal functionalities.
  • Collaborates with administrators, developers, and stakeholders to address system improvements, optimize user experience, and refine training methodologies.
  • Facilitates help desk operations, ticket tracking, and resolution processes to maintain an efficient and responsive support system.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 4-9 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
