Design & Build Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of design and build activities, from concept development through to commissioning, ensuring that all works meet technical specifications and client expectations.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with industry regulations, site-specific protocols, and health & safety requirements.
Adaptability & Initiative: Operate both independently and as part of a wider project team, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving to meet evolving project needs.
Site Presence: Be available to work on-site in the Reading area up to five days per week, with flexibility to respond to project demands and timelines.
