The Project Setup Administrator Analyst will be responsible for setting up and maintaining projects in Deltek’s Costpoint system for both new and existing contract awards and modifications including, but not limited to WBS structure, billing, revenue, PLC codes, billing rates. Collects and maintains program control documents and files into the EPA SharePoint site. Position pays between 80-90k depending on experience. US Citizenship is required to apply. This is a remote-telework role, but the candidate must live within driving distance to one of our Amentum offices located in (Fort Worth, TX, Germantown, MD, Herndon, VA or Chantilly, VA).

Essential Responsibilities:

Project setup and data processing in the Projects Module in Deltek’s Costpoint; has a strong knowledge base using Deltek’s Costpoint system.  Specifically, the Projects Module, and understanding project levels, accounts, orgs, project labor categories, employee information. Basic understanding of both the revenue and bill formulas (including UNIT entries) for all types of contracts:  T&M, FFP, CPFF.  Cognos Reporting and Excel skills Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management Files and maintains project setup forms in the EPA SharePoint site Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Robust skills in project setup and data processing preferably using Deltek’s Costpoint
  • Exceptional analytical and logical ability
  • Innovative, strategic, and critical in their approach
  • Practical knowledge of industry regulations and rules
  • Strong documentation capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects/requests simultaneously
  • Understanding of general business principles and practices, and experience working in a corporate setting

Minimum Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Five (5) years of Project Setup experience in Deltek’s Costpoint
  • US Citizenship is required
  • This position is 100% remote-telework 
  • Travel is not required for this role
  • Work 100% remote-telework but you must live within driving distance to an Amentum office (Fort Worth, TX, Germantown, MD, Chantilly, VA or Herndon, VA).
