Essential Experience/Functions:

• Knowledge of and experience with inventory databases.
• Experience working with a highly talented and motivated team in accomplishing tasks for multiple programs.
• Ability to become Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) certified.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Teams.
• Experience with Adobe.
• Have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates the ability to adhere to instructions outlined in operational procedures.
• Ability to be compliant with all mandatory training.
• Oversee and train personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work.
• Perform all other Quality Assurance position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in business or at least 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
• Ability to pass and maintain a DoD Security Clearance (note: US citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
• Excellent communication skills; MS Office and other software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience. (A High School diploma with 10 years of Military or DoD experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.)
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
