Duty Description - This position provides technical compliance and administrative support to the 35L Committee and includes collaboration with inter and intra-departmental leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Plans project management benchmarks, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. Develops products using Microsoft Office applications and maintains organizational records.

Primary duties for the Training Support Specialist/Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Manage Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) functions.

• Manage Digital Training Management System (DTMS) functions.

• Manage USAICoE Academic Plans and Resourcing (UAPR) functions.

• Schedule Course Training Calendars.

• Maintain functions to Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards (AEAS).

• Comply with United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Accreditation processes.

Secondary duties for the Training Support Specialist/Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Internal/external stakeholder communication.

• Project scheduling.

• Maintaining student academic records.

• Student recycle/relief actions.

• Student in/out processing requirements.

• Student graduation preparations.

• Classroom resource scheduling.

• Course resourcing for transportation, meals, classroom supply, academic document reproduction, equipment maintenance.
