Amentum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CORETL Support Analyst to provide coordination, supervision, and technical information services for the Combined Regional Technical Libraries (CORETL) hub in Norfolk, VA. This role is integral to delivering technical information services that enhance fleet readiness by supporting agencies, shore commands, and fleet units worldwide.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the CORETL Hub’s operational activities, including alternate work schedules and after-hours contingencies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with security clearance and need-to-know requirements for classified information.

  • Develop, review, and update CORETL procedures, including Job Procedures (JOBPROs), qualification/training programs, and related documentation.

  • Deliver Model-Based Product Support (MBPS) training to CORETL personnel and customers.

  • Digitize and upload technical manuals and drawings into the C200 database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Acquire technical documents through various methods, including MILSTRIP requisitions, electronic downloads, and other approved processes.

  • Maintain and catalog technical documents, publications, and drawings to the highest standards, ensuring up-to-date configurations.

  • Conduct inventory control, manage document check-outs and returns, and dispose of outdated materials in compliance with security protocols.

  • Resolve technical document requisition issues, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping using MBPS and other systems.

  • Provide technical information services and maintain CORETL administrative files to ensure seamless operations.

  • Participate in program reviews, meetings, and conferences, preparing detailed reports on outcomes and activities.

  • Upgrade and digitize technical logistics products to align with industry best practices and establish links to related repositories.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in areas such as computer program analysis, IT support for naval technical libraries, or management information system development.

  • Two (2) years of experience in database management and concepts, including working with various computer languages and programs.

  • Proficiency in MBPS and Navy Logistics Library (NLL), with expertise in cataloging, requisitioning, and managing technical documents.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage classified materials in accordance with SECNAV and MARMC security requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to train personnel and adapt to dynamic, high-stress environments.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering accurate results.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Two (2) years of experience working on Naval engineering projects involving design, maintenance, repair, testing, or ship upgrades of naval systems.

  • Knowledge of HM&E systems, shipboard maintenance policies, and the relationships between MARMC, NAVSEA, TYCOMS, and related organizations.

  • One (1) year of experience with the Navy’s 3-M System, including PMS, CSMP, COSAL, ILS, SHIPALT, or Fleet Modernization Plan processes.

  • Familiarity with technical document digitization and the integration of web technologies to enhance accessibility.
