Amentum is seeking a Cybersecurity & INFOSEC Manager SME to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the Task  Lead responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing the cybersecurity and information security operations supporting ARNG G-2 intelligence systems.
  • Oversees risk management, cybersecurity impact analysis, vulnerability assessments, and information assurance activities across CONUS and OCONUS sites.
  • Develops and maintains System Security Plans, Risk Findings Reports, and cybersecurity documentation aligned with DoD, IC, and Army standards.
  • Conducts security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in intelligence systems and recommends mitigation strategies to strengthen ARNG G-2’s digital infrastructure.
  • Leads cybersecurity impact analysis efforts by mapping threat vectors, evaluating vulnerabilities, assessing risk likelihood and consequences, and developing actionable risk mitigation strategies to improve the overall security posture.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in supporting COMSEC, INFOSEC, PERSEC, INDUSEC, SCI, FD, and TARP program security requirements, developing operational guidance, and maintaining continuous compliance with emerging cyber threats and regulatory mandates.
  • Oversees the establishment and maintenance of information system accreditation for classified networks, coordinating cybersecurity compliance activities through Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
  • Leads vulnerability assessment efforts, integrating hardware/software IV&V assessments, configuration management reviews, and system interoperability evaluations to maintain network integrity.
  • Manages cybersecurity asset tracking and life-cycle sustainment, maintaining full accountability for intelligence IT assets in accordance with AR 25-1 and related policies.
  • Coordinates with IT service teams to synchronize asset management databases with change management, release management, and service desk platforms, generating accurate Asset Inventory Reports to support operational planning.
  • Advises leadership on cybersecurity trends, risk management strategies, and information protection measures to safeguard ARNG G-2 networks, systems, and sensitive information operations.
  • Contributes to the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of their assigned task areas by participating in relevant Centers and Working Groups aligned to their roles, technical domains, or management functions. This engagement ensures integrated delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and real-time responsiveness to ARNG G-2 mission priorities.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
  • 15+ years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
