Amentum seeks a highly experienced Dynamics CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and integration.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably with exposure to federal procurement processes. They will also provide leadership and mentorship to one or more direct reports while ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and security of our CRM solutions. This is a remote-telework role. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead system upgrades, performance optimization, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, providing guidance on best practices and technical skills.
• Design workflows, business processes, and automation within the CRM environment.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity, especially concerning federal standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current CRM solutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration using Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Dataverse within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Two years of relevant experience may be substituted for one year of a degree.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and managing direct reports.
• Experience with source control management using Git / Azure DevOps’.
• Prior experience working on federal projects or familiarity with government compliance standards.
• US Citizenship is REQUIRED.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure services, including API management and cloud-based CRM deployments.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
• Knowledge of federal security standards such as FedRAMP or NIST compliance.
