Description of Duties:
The Program Analyst Internship will work within a team of data scientists and analysts to provide centralized data science services across the organization in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The internship will consist of:
• Assist with the writing, managing, and editing of documents.
• Analyze processes and identify efficiencies.
• Write rubrics and SMART goals.
• Conduct data analysis to assist in data driven decisions.
• Use a self-directed approach to gather and write content, interview SMEs, develop deliverables, and coordinate approvals.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
• Operate and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 0 years of general experience.
• Bachelor's degree in from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of general work experience in an industry or field dealing with people (stakeholder management).
• Be eligible for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong writing skills.
• Willing to work on projects with minimal supervisory oversight.

• Creating and organizing lists and libraries in SharePoint.
• Creating project plans and schedules.
• Identifying meeting agendas.

• Master's degree from an accredited university.
This position is expected to pay $43,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
