Amentum is currently seeking a Senior Level HUMINT Analyst to join our award-winning team.

Your Impact: This position with Amentum is to support the United States Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) J2 Directorate. Your analysis and assessment will be vital to the decision making of senior leaders. You will witness the impact of your analysis indirectly on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by our leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities: The employee is responsible for conducting all-source Intelligence analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. The analyst applies analytic tradecraft standards to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team’s mission. The employee shall provide personnel with skills and knowledge to support the J2 Directorate, to include, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning. Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USSOCCENT Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas; Analysis, Production, Application and Dissemination - Current and Term, Daily Production, Graphics and Visual Information, Write for Release, Current Intelligence Support, Political/Military, Terrorism, Cyberspace, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Energy/Environmental, Ballistic Missiles, Compromise Mitigation Support, Open-Source, Order of Battle, Target Intelligence Analysis, Target Materials Analysis, and Target Discovery and Network/Systems.

Requirements:

− A minimum of 12 years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community or operational unit.

− No less than five (5) years of experience in Collection Management and all source analysis and two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis.

− Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.

− Proficient in using information databases such as HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME.

− Strong knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis and operations.

− Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT analysis.
