Amentum is currently seeking a Senior Level OSINT/PAI Analyst to join our award-winning team.
Your Impact: This position with Amentum is to support the United States Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) J2 Directorate. Your analysis and assessment will be vital to the decision making of senior leaders. You will witness the impact of your analysis indirectly on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by our leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities: The employee is responsible for conducting all-source Intelligence analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. The analyst applies analytic tradecraft standards to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team’s mission. The employee shall provide personnel with skills and knowledge to support the J2 Directorate, to include, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning. Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USSOCCENT Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas; Analysis, Production, Application and Dissemination - Current and Term, Daily Production, Graphics and Visual Information, Write for Release, Current Intelligence Support, Political/Military, Terrorism, Cyberspace, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Energy/Environmental, Ballistic Missiles, Compromise Mitigation Support, Open-Source, Order of Battle, Target Intelligence Analysis, Target Materials Analysis, and Target Discovery and Network/Systems.
Requirements:
− Minimum of 12 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
− Three years of combined experience to include:
− PAI research to identify available systems and data sources
− Producing collections requirements assessments
− Conducting search in a digital environment
− PAI data, platforms and technologies
− Geo-enabled PAI
− Berber Hunter Tool Kit (BHTK) graduate - required
− Deep/Dark web
− PAI support to operations and intelligence productions
− PAI support to MISO and support to intelligence targeting
− Trained in the following PAl Tier 1&11 courses or related training:
I) Defense Intelligence agency (DIA) OSINT awareness training
2) DIA Tier I managed attribution training
3) DIA intelligence oversight training
4) SOCOM intelligence oversight training
5) CENTCOM intelligence oversight training
6) Tier II MAS training (SILO)
7) Identity Management Operator Course (IMOC) or comparable course
8) Attribution Signature User Training (ASUT) or comparable course
9) Advanced Social Media Analysis Course (ASMAC) or comparable course
