About the Opportunity
Amentum is the Design and Engineering partner for Sellafield under the PPP (Programme and Project Partners). This is a 20-year arrangement to deliver ~£7bn of major projects. We are looking to recruit high value expertise from across regulated and comparable sectors to work in a collaborative environment. PPP is delivering major projects, site wide improvements and provision of supporting services.

As a result of this increasing demand for our services we are looking for

a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. The role can be based out of our offices at either Westlakes Science Park, Cumbria or Birchwood, Warrington.

This role is key to ensuring that all training requirements for the PPP (Programme and Project Partners) are delivered effectively and in line with contractual and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating and managing ongoing training requirements specific to the PPP.

  • Be responsible for the Management of Contractors’ SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel) for Amentum on PPP in line with the client requirements.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract training records in line with PPP processes and procedures.

  • Supporting the delivery of collaboration and behavioural training initiatives.

  • Supporting the new starter induction process, including contract-specific eLearning requirements, ensuring timely launch and completion tracking.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to training systems and processes.

  • Liaise with PPP services to identify training needs, book courses, select venues, and negotiate pricing and availability.

  • Prepare and deliver reports and data as required.

As a Training Co-ordinator (MoC) you will already have:

  • Strong understanding of organisational procedures and policies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous development.

  • Applies organisational policies and procedures confidently to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
