Amentum is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for the North of Las Vegas, NV area

Purpose and Scope:

Under the supervision of the Work Management Superintendent, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator identifies, compiles, and maintains data, utilizing asset and operation tools, processes and procedures relative to Work Management requirements supporting RSSII.

Compensation:

HIRING HOURLY Rate of Pay: $32.50 per hour. Hourly rate set by CBA.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create Maximo work orders to support various operations and functions throughout the RSSII contract.
  • Process and coordinate utility outages and road and parking lot. Process coordination and approval with subcontractors and the government.
  • Coordinate dig permits request, follow correct documentation for all requests.
  • Generate and route fuel delivery request work orders to POL.
  • Process SRs submitted by RSSII and JT4 customer to the appropriate RSSII function.
  • Generate log notes for facility and equipment emergencies. Notify and update RSSII managers, facility occupants, Government COR, log emergency as CR in SharePoint.
  • Dispatch appropriate work crew during emergency response including Spill Prevention, Accident Response and Clean up, Snow Removal and De-Icing and Equipment Failure.
  • Receive daily Crash Phone checks from Base Ops. Log all In Flight Emergency information provided by Base Ops and notify appropriate response team when required.
  • Determine if work order requests require coordination of environmental and safety inspections by ESOH prior to assigning work to the CE shop.
  • Submit accurate information in Maximo to include accurate and detailed information including the correct location, asset, priority, and task and shop code.
  • Attend weekly Work Management and Safety meetings and training. Remain current on all assigned Air Force, Corporate and ESOH training.
  • Operate key control log and maintain accountability of keys, report contingency room usage to custodial team.
  • Maintain a familiarity and utilization of SharePoint, WLF, and PWS.
  • Receive pest control request from facility managers. Contact sub-contractor for emergency work request via phone or email.
  • Maintain and review upcoming, current, and historical maintenance data within Maximo.
  • Monitor emergency work orders including critical facility response time and emergency corrective actions are mitigated ensuring compliance with PWS requirements.
  • Maintain Work Management and Civil Engineering Managers property HR inventory.
  • Perform safe work practices and procedures and adhere to OSHA standards.
  • Perform all other assigned duties based on process changes or new requirements.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' experience in a clerical or administrative capacity.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and retain a valid Nevada driver's license and operate a general-purpose vehicle.
  • Must display excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write and receive written and/or verbal instructions in English.
  • Possesses and demonstrates a positive focus on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Constantly seeks ways to improve and promote the quality of their work.
  • Able to multi-task and not lose focus on the work being performed.
  • Ability to make good judgement on the job and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
  • This position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Maximo, or similar CMMS system is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the operations and maintenance field is preferred but not required.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Work is performed both indoors in office or facility structures or outdoors with exposure to varied weather conditions. Occasional lifting of 25 lbs; constant use of sight abilities, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
